Sussex Natural Therapies is owned and run by Sarah, a fully insured practitioner in a range of complementary therapies based in Eastbourne, East Sussex.

Complementary therapies have been a part of my life for the last 20 years. I have always been someone to feel there is a root to a lot of issues and have a natural (and wonderful curiosity) to find out what our bodies can do.
I offer a range of natural and completely holistic practices in Eastbourne, East Sussex.​
I use Reiki and adore it - it is a relaxing and healing approach and I can't recommend it enough. It is a truly magical way of the body supporting itself for its highest good.

Having a regular Massage is a must for me. The is something special about lying on a massage table and allowing your muscles to be smoothed out releasing all the tension away.
